Here is the itinerary of our visit. As you see, we were busy!
I travelled there by car as the passenger of John Lewis. We went by Ferry from Portsmouth to Caen on a night sailing. From there it was approximately a four hour drive to our destination. We didn't rush and took a good lunch break on the way. We found a conveniently located small town and stopped for a while.
Town Twinning Returns to Llantwit Major
After a gap of 10 years, Town Twinning has returned to Llantwit Major! Between August 31st and September 7th, twenty-one members of the re-formed Town Twinning Association, including the Town Mayor, Councillor Gerwyn Thomas, and the headteacher of St. Illtyd’s School, Mr. Roger Hardy, visited Le Pouliguen in southern Brittany.
